Helping young people make healthy, informed decisions by building life skills, goal setting, and decision-making skills that last a lifetime.

Our Mission

To educate youth about the health, legal, academic, and social consequences of alcohol and drug use while developing the confidence and skills to make positive choices.

The most effective prevention programs focus on building life skills, goal setting, and decision-making rather than relying only on scare tactics.

Topics Covered

Understanding alcohol, tobacco, vaping, cannabis, and other drugs
How substances affect the brain and body
Peer pressure and refusal skills
Building self-esteem and confidence
Making healthy decisions
Goal setting and future planning
Mental health, stress management, and healthy coping skills
Healthy friendships and positive relationships
Community resources and where to get help

Interactive Activities

Hands-on, engaging learning experiences:

Group discussions
